Tobi Agbonlahor

Tobi is a consummate, multifaceted and proven HR business leader with an extensive background in strategy, change management, business development and management consulting, in major business sectors, including ICT, Engineering and Energy. An Economics graduate from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. She also holds a Masters Degree in International Business and Strategy from the prestigious Lancaster University, UK.

With over ten years cognate work experience, Tobi is SPHRi certified as well as an associate member of CIPM.

She’s responsible for all Business Strategy, Human Capital Management, Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility activities at BellPoint Energy. Prior to joining the BellPoint Energy team, she was the Human Resources Manager at Sinopec Changjiang Engineering Services.
