Dorothy Tunde – Ajala is a Board Level HR Director, JMT certified Trainer, renowned international speaker, human capital development expert, executive coach, Founder and Host, Accelerate Your Career.
With a first degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos, her career spans national and international roles with over 21 years of experience in developing and implementing human resource strategies to achieve diverse organizational goals.
Dorothy has a burning passion for making a positive difference in the world, developing people, empowering women and youths, supporting entrepreneurs, transforming businesses, coaching leaders and helping clients to achieve extra ordinary results. She is driven by her passion for Women in Leadership, equipping them with employability skills to aid their growth and success. This same passion prompted her to create, “Accelerate Your Career”
With ample experience in the HR field, Dorothy is currently the Human Resource Director Anglophone West Africa at Schneider Electric. Prior to that, she was the Lead Consultant at 360 Degrees Value; Group HR Director for PAI Group; Country Head of Human Resources – Siemens Nigeria Limited, HR Manager – MTN Nigeria Communications and Head of People management at RestraL Consulting.
She currently sits on the Board of 360 Degree Value, she is a member of the Institute of Director (IOD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Institute of Management and an Associate of Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD).
