Sandeepa is a human capital strategist with over 17+ years expertise in strategic planning & management, performance management, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement & retention. Her core strength comes from her belief that “Employee Engagement is the science & art of connecting strategy, people and processes.”
She has expertise in enabling business growth across various sectors and domains. She held senior HR positions in companies such as Exotel, Tapzo (Acquired by Amazon), OneDirect, Applift where she was responsible for setting up HR practices ground up and enabling business growth. Outside of this she worked in different capacities of human resources teams with giants in their own domains like Honeywell, TeamLease, Accenture and GECIS.
In her assignments she has been instrumental in delivering results for growing & scaling organizations from setting up things from ground up on people practice such as talent strategy, organization design & development, HR practices around compliance, operations & payroll.
She is an alumnus of Osmania University holding a degree in Master of Computer Science, participant student from XLRI on performance management and currently pursuing MBA from Alliance University.
