Seyi Olulade is currently the managing partner of The Impeccable Skills Company, a business improvement and human resources management consulting firm. Seyi has worked in the people development and management field for over 20years and has been with the company as a founding member since 2010 as a business improvement engineer, leading process improvement interventions as an Organizational Development specialist. She is a graduate of Mass Communication and also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Behaviour both from the University of Lagos. She is a certified human resource practitioner and a trained psychometrician.
Her consultation focus is on the small and medium scale companies with the sole mission to aid business optimization, enhance capacity development and drive business growth. Also in her recent involvement in capacity development, she has consulted on various initiatives on community capacity building and mentorship & coaching integration in corporate environment.
Seyi was formerly head Human Resource and Admin for mediaReach OMD, a media independent firm, before joining Corporate Crèche Limited an early childhood consulting firm as project manager and driving operations as head business development, head human resources & admin, she successful aided the organization to establish the biggest workplace nursery in Africa for Shell Petroleum Development Company IA Port Harcourt . She also had a short stint with IMC Holdings an integrated marketing communication group consisting of six companies as Group Head Corporate Services and was later deployed to re-engineer one of its subsidiaries Print 4-40 Nigeria Limited, a wide format printing and support services press as General Manager.
Seyi has also worked, in synergy with change management, organizational development and repositioning experts across various industries. She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), and IPSA (Institute of Personnel Management South Africa).
Her distinctive competences are in organizational psychology, culture change management, performance management and capacity development. Seyi has facilitated various workshops and seminars on soft and functional skills development. As a career coach, she dedicates most of her time identifying potential in young professionals, budding entrepreneurs and executive coaching, midwifing their competency development profoundly.
Seyi is currently the Head of Operations department of the Protocol Directorate, House on the Rock, Lagos, a position she has worked dedicatedly since September 2013, managing the end-to-end internal operations of a 500+ membership group. She is also the head Guest Services for the Woman 2 Woman Ministries of the same assembly. She was once President of the Single’s Fellowship for the Living Spring Chapel International, Ikeja, Lagos , where she served as a music minister, head of publicity until she moved on to continue in service of the kingdom in House on the Rock. Seyi is a versatile person and a song writer, she is passionate about serving God with excellence.
