She has led Talent Management initiatives, the digital transformation of HR using data analytics, and effectively redesigned performance management systems to suits business metrics.
Nkiruka has executed different projects in Human Capital development such as organization design and restructure, competency framework design, job evaluation, risk management, employee health & wellness, culture, and change management.
