Opeyemi Eniola Gaji is an exceptional HR Leader who bridges the worlds of business performance and analytics to improve strategy execution, design powerful people processes and increase sales force effectiveness. She is an excellent recruiter, human capital development expert and corporate trainer.
She holds a M.Sc. in Human Resources Management from Heriot-Watt University and is a graduate of Industrial relations & personnel management from Lagos State University. She is a licensed Human Resource Professional, a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and is GPHR and SPHRi certified.
With Over 10 Years Human Resources and Recruitment experience, she is currently the Head of Talent Management; Renmoney, prior to this, she grew organically to become the Head of Commercial at Aldelia, she has also practiced Human Resources at West group limited and Antal International Network.
She is passionate about making an impact to her immediate environment and where the chance is given, across borders, especially in the areas of education, youth development, women empowerment, capacity development building and community development.
