Carolina studied Economics at the Universidad del Rosario in Colombia and is a specialist in Administration and Marketing; He has more than 22 years of professional experience in the financial, oil, media, mass consumption sectors, in Marketing, Commercial and Human Resources roles.
For 4 years she has been Vice President of Human Talent (Chief Talent Officer) of the Sancho / BBDO Worldwide group in Colombia, where he has led multiple initiatives related to HR Analytics, Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, Development, Corporate Governance, leadership model, organizational culture , among others.
Carolina was also recently selected among the Top 100 HR Influencers Latam 2019, the first Latin American ranking made up of experts and HR leaders who with their knowledge influence and enrich the work of many professionals in the region.
