Ajibola Bamidele is the present Group Managing Director and CEO of Certification Edge with over 15 years’ experience in project management, business analysis, human resources, sales management, strategy formulation and implementation, business process redesign, contract negotiation, business continuity management using various best practices frameworks such as PMBOK, in several organizations. He has also being studying and coaching others in the art of sales and entrepreneurship for some years. His passion towards operational excellence in Nigerian industries has led him to designing of different Templates for reengineering and redesigning systems which has been adopted by major companies and industries in Nigeria.
Ajibola is a Project Manager, Business Analyst and Risk Manager with the Project Management Institute, Certified HR Practitioner with the Human Resource Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional with Society of Human Resources Management, Certified Administrative Professional with the International Association of Administrative Professionals. He is an associate member with Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria Institute of Management, National Institute of Marketing, and Institute of chartered Economist of Nigeria, the Nigeria Institute of Purchasing and Supply. He has a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan and also an Alumnus of the Haggai Leadership Institute. He has written a number of life changing books (Thrive or Die and Sell or You’re Sold), CDs and other materials. He organizes and coordinates training programs, both “in-company” and public. He also organizes monthly professional trainings for executives from different industries in Nigeria and annually in the U.S.A
