Naomi Olu-Alao

Naomi Olu-Alao  is a self-motivated and goal-driven woman with a high sense of duty to any cause that will bring about positive change in people. With 17 years experience in the banking industry, 12 of which is in HR/Admin Team lead position, she has built a reputation to see real change happen in people and the world by building a bridge between who we are and who we should be. As a graduate of Business Administration, an Associate of the CIPM in Nigeria and a professional member of HRCI, she is focused on managing people on many fronts.
