She then moved to head the human resource and administration department of Mutual Alliance Investment limited, after which she moved to COSSE Limited as group head HR & Administration. She has served as Head of HR and HR Director at several organizations including TNSrms, FINCA International, Metalbase NG and she is currently the CHRO at the prestigious Lagoon Hospitals.
