With almost 2 decades experience in Human Resource Development and Management, She started her career at AIICO INSURANCE PLC before moving to serve as the human resource administrator at Word Alive Int’l. She then moved to head the human resource and administration department of Mutual Alliance Investment limited, after which she moved to COSSE Limited as group head HR & Administration. She has served as Head of HR and HR Director at several organizations including TNSrms, FINCA International, Metalbase NG and she is currently the CHRO at the prestigious Lagoon Hospitals.
